Job Description

• Support the business development & expansion for all in house brands.
• Researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to prospects; closing sales and working with the prospects through the closing process.
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
• Identify & source for profitable sites for company expansion in line with the company growth target.
• Conduct site surveys & evaluation; submit site proposals for management consideration.
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans. 
• Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
• Related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
• Preferably experience with lead generation and prospect management.
• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
• Skill in prioritising and triaging obligations.
• Attention to detail.
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
• Owned a vehicle and able to travel around. 
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
