Job Description

• Implement marketing strategies in compliance with corporate standards
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and events for Branding and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Assist in growing company sales via various digital channel such as Facebook, Lazada, Shopee etc
• Conduct market research to establish customer trends and initial lead generation marketing actions
• Undertaking competitor research and analyses
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, offline lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
• Assist in the selection and organization (planning and execution) of events
• Measure and analyze marketing actions to report results and propose improvements based on analysis on Return of Marketing Investment (ROMI)
• Support email campaigns and initiatives, assisting with the analysis of marketing data, including campaign response, conversion rates in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, media and vendors
• Plan marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communication/Business or a related discipline
2. Able to speak, write and read in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
3. At least 2 years of work experience as a marketing executive or similar roles. 
4. Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
5. Familiar with social media account management & digital marketing
6. Familiar with various online selling platform such as Lazada, Shopee, Lelong etc is a plus
7. Good communication skills & team player. 
8. Proficient in MS Excel, Word & Power Point. 
9. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement
10. Able to work and deliver within the deadlines given
