Responsibilities :
- Engage professionally with customers on their inquiries and concerns via live chat/email/telephone·
- Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations, identify the problem and identification of the resources required·
- Escalate problems accurately to relevant internal parties, and follow up on pending tickets/cases·
- Serves as a link between the customer and the different departments to achieve high level of customer satisfaction·
- Coordinate with customer service/support team and other departments to resolve issues·
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of company products/service offerings, & apply this knowledge during customer interaction·
- Prepare daily/periodic logs of calls and status report as per company requirement timely and accurately
- Preferably with 1 year experience in helpdesk/similar capacity. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply·
- Diploma or Degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent (kindly confirm specific field of study if any) -
- Independent, self-motivated and have a strong sense of responsibility
- Fast learner, multitasker with a genuine desire to help others
- Possess a calm demeanour and able to cope under stress
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
