Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Engage professionally with customers on their inquiries and concerns via live chat/email/telephone·      
• Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations, identify the problem and identification of the resources required·
• Escalate problems accurately to relevant internal parties, and follow up on pending tickets/cases·      
• Serves as a link between the customer and the different departments to achieve high level of customer satisfaction·      
• Coordinate with customer service/support team and other departments to resolve issues·      
• Demonstrates extensive knowledge of company products/service offerings, & apply this knowledge during customer interaction·      
• Prepare daily/periodic logs of calls and status report as per company requirement timely and accurately

Job Requirements

•  Preferably with 1 year experience in helpdesk/similar capacity. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply·      
• Diploma or Degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent (kindly confirm specific field of study if any) -
•  Independent, self-motivated and have a strong sense of responsibility 
• Fast learner, multitasker with a genuine desire to help others     
• Possess a calm demeanour and able to cope under stress 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills    
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
