Job Description
- Support the customers on reported issues via Support Team's email or Support Team's hotline
- Participate in the agile scrum process to follow up the case progress
- Troubleshooting of reported issues, including functional investigation and database level investigation
- Documentation on all relevant support tips, installation steps and/or deployment steps
- Compile the issues list that you need to learn more
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in computer science or related fileds, or related proven experience
- Candidate should have up to 4 years of product support experience in any web application product using MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server database (or elevant RDBMS)
- Self-discipline and excellent time management skill are required.
- Timely support on daily operations
- Passion to get involved in a dynamic business environment
- Excellent stress handling and positive thinking
