Job Description

• Designing and implementing end-to-end IoT solutions (smart building/campus focused) from the edge to the cloud
• Implement & integrate IoT solution to existing core business solution (property ERP)
• Contributing to the development of an overall IoT ecosystem device management strategy
• Anticipating requirements in order to design extendable IoT solutions
• Acting as liaison to IoT devices partners to ensure that device requirements are well understood and agreed upon
• Coordinates, executes, and participates in component integration (CIT) scenarios, systems integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify application errors and to ensure quality software deployment
• Automates and simplifies team development, test, and operations processes; develops detailed architecture plans for large scale enterprise architecture projects and drives the plans to fruition
• Establishing and meeting high standards in software quality and operational excellence

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 3 years of experience in software/database development or a related field
• Full Stack Developer/Lead with 3-5 years of experience is required
• Demonstrated experience leading and delivering solutions in specific IoT sectors such as smart building, smart city, asset tracking, energy management, connectivity, protocols, security and data stream etc.
• Must be able to work across different tiers – UI/Interfaces, API Integration, IoT programming, ML and Database
• Understanding of emerging IoT technologies and communication protocols such as: BLE 5.2 & 5.2 Mesh, ZigBee, LoRa, Z-Wave, Protobuf communications, MQTT, AMQP, CoAP, IoT Hub
• Knowledge of WebSocket, HTTP
• Experience working with IP Camera systems, lift system, energy sensor. 
• Strong knowledge of data structures, system design and algorithms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail and a head for problem solving
• Excellent in HTML, Modern JavaScript and CSS
• .NET / C# / .NET Core / Cloud / SQL / Web API
• (Angular / React) + Typescript

• Experience working with Hybrid Integration
• Experience working with Huawei related technology (Huawei Cloud, IVS 3800, WIFI & etc.)
• Experience working with GIS tool/framework (ArcGIS, Supermap, Google Maps & etc.)
• Experience working with Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment tools.
• Experience working with Agile Methodology / DevOps
• 2 years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization
• Experience with Application and integration Middleware
• Experience with Database technologies
