Job Description
- Responsible for full set of accounts, management reports and cash flows
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions
- Oversee credit control function of the Company
- Oversee the payroll processing function
- Able to prepare monthly cash flow projections based on forecasts provided by the Management
- Liaise with external auditors, company secretary, bankers, agents and etc
- Assist in daily administration work and other assignments as required by Management
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting and Finance
- Must be a member in MIA
- Minimum 4 years working experience
- Candidates who have knowledge of construction industry are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Candidates with audit experience will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in MYOB system will be an added advantage
- Able to multi-task, deadline oriented and work under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable attitude with attentive to details
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin (role require to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers / customers)
- Possess good personality, interpersonal & communication skills
- Must possess own transport
