About The Job

  • Responsible for resolving service problems encounter by clients 
  • Able to answer to questions/inquires and suggest alternative solutions
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Resolves service problems by clarifying the customers’ complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as customer service or similar sales/customer service role (Min 2 years)
  • Able to work in and out of Malaysia
  • Working knowledge on computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Patient and able to handle difficult customer 
  • Able to speak English and Mandarin
