Job Description
You’ll be responsible for all aspects of marketing & developing Idaman Suri and our other businesses. From conceptualizations of marketing campaigns to execution and management. You’ll have ownership of each step and an opportunity to redefine the retail and potentially e-commerce industry.
We are looking for individuals who are eager and hungry to thrive on a personal level while building communities, changing people's lives and the way they interact and buy things. All while having fun at each step (because honestly what's the point otherwise?).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the organization’s online presence using Facebook, Instagram, Google Adwords and other relevant channels.
- Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the organization.
- Project manage the creation and execution of our new website.
- Build and manage offline marketing channels, campaigns, and collaborations.
- Collaborate with designers, external influencers, and industry experts.
- Monitor and stay up to date with changes in technology and marketing trends.
- Convince others that your fantastic (and sometimes crazy) ideas are worth investing time and effort in.
- Develop initiatives that we can support to give back to the community.
Job Requirements
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a previous digital marketing role or the eagerness to self learn and develop digital marketing skills on the job.
- Have competencies in the following areas: Digital Analytics, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Online Advertising, Offline Marketing, Leadership, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Marketing Strategy, Marketing Research, Analytical Skills, Content Writing, Business Development.
- A self-starter, personable, energetic with a proactive and diligent work ethic.
- Have a strong desire to process improve when you see the opportunity.
- The ability to speak your mind and suggest amazingly constructive ideas every opportunity you get.
- Ability to be creative but also process-driven, and rely on data.
- Own a working laptop.
- Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
