Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make calls (including cold calling) on potential businesses and create an effective pipeline of potential contacts.
  • Plan, develop and execute sales strategies to promote company’s product and services in order to achieve monthly/annual targets.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.
  • Prepare proposal, quotation, and costings by identifying the relevant clients' needs. Prioritise initiatives and company resources based on clients' needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to create a partnership that yields success, results, and credibility.
  • Monitor clients’ performance to proactively discover potential issues and seek solutions ahead of incidents.
  • Prepare monthly analytic reports for clients.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • Good communication skills (written & spoken English). Good grasp of other languages a plus.
  • Able to independently generate sales leads.
  • Motivated by sales targets.
