Job Description

• Contact customers via phone calls and other means of communication to secure balance of debt by negotiating payment terms and methods. 
• Record and update full and complete account information to aid in account resolution. 
• Adhere to government policies and procedures. 
• Perform various Debt Collector administrative duties. 
• Comply with policies and procedures as required. 
• Coordinating the schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information with customers. 
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related activity. 
• Responding to feedback from customers and give support when requested on area such as documentation and information. 
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements. 

Job Requirements

1. Education: Diploma or equivalency required. 
2. Collections experience preferred. 
3. Ability to read, write and speak fluent English and Mandarin. 
4. Strong written, verbal, active listening and phone communication skills. 
5. Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner. 
6. Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus 
7. Good computer skills (MS Office) 
8. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving 
9. A team player with high level of dedication 
10. Have basic accounting knowledge
