Job Description

• Responsible of day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department
• Assist Senior Finance Exec/Finance Manager updating daily cash book
• Assist Senior Finance Exec/Finance Manager payment issuance
• Assist Senior Finance Exec/Finance Manager raising Invoices/PO
• Assist Senior Finance Exec/Finance Manager following up collections & sending statements & invoices to customers.
• Assist Senior Finance Exec/Finance Manager in monthly closing of account
• Assist Finance Manager in co secretarial documents arrangements
• Updating reports on collection from car dealers/cash inflow and cash outflow reconciliations
• Preparing staff expenses claims report
• Prepare schedule and responsible of paper work and filing
• Updating agreements file
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents as well as bankers/financial providers
• Organize and prioritize work
• Collaborate with the direct report, undertake any other duties or projects that may be reasonably required by the Management that may be reasonably foreseen through proactive role engagement and deal with matters arising in a timely and effective manner.

Job Requirements

• At least Accounting qualification or a diploma in the related field
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic GP software will be an added advantage
• Well organized, ability to multi-task, good interpersonal skills and also possess a good attitude when engaged in the tasks assigned
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Very high standard of accuracy, presentation, and attention to detail
• Be willing to go the extra mile in order to deliver outcomes
• Maintain organizational values, culture, and reputation
