Job Description

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates through existing database, advertising, referrals, networking and etc.
• Work with hiring manager to confirm hiring needs and requirements.
• Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Review and manage effective recruitment strategies, identify effective sources of hiring talented people best fitted for the group of companies.
• Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of recruitment process.
• Expatriate management encompassing work permit approvals, accommodation, and related services.
• Understanding the job requirements and matching suitable candidates to appropriate roles, negotiate offer terms and place candidate successfully.
• Manage recruitment efforts and advising budget.
• Coordinate interview arrangements and conduct interviews for all qualified candidates.
• Other additional tasks as and when assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferably candidate who can communicate in English, mandarin and Bahasa
• Experience and proven track record in effective hiring skills.
• Able to work under high pressure, fast moving environment and deliver within the tight timeline.
• Experience in the handled expatriate hiring process is an added advantage, but not essential.
• At least 2- 4 Year(s) of working experience in the recruitment agency or related field is required for this position.

• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
• Willing to work in Subang Jaya Head Office.
