Job Description
You will be working on
- Maintaining of existing customer
- Communicate a technical workaround/solution to the customer
- Collaborate with team members and inter department to resolve any technical/non-technical related matter
- Hand-on in electrical circuit
- Troubleshoot and diagnose any technical related matters on company’s product via incoming phone call or email request
- Work on rotating work shift schedule
Job Requirements
Preferably with at least 1 year related field working experience
- technical certifications preferred
- Self-motivated, problem solving skill and have good inter-personal skills
- Good command of computer skills
- Good working attitude
- Able to communicate, write and read in English and BM (Preferred language: English and Chinese)
- Preferred to have own transport
