Job Description

 
 Job responsibilities
  • Responsible for customer data review and account opening
  • Handle customer's request by mail
  • Collected and reported departmental data
  • Cooperate with various departments to communicate and deal with matters
  • Other tasks assigned by the superior
  • May required to work on duty on special festival or public holiday / shift reruired including mignight shift

Job Requirements

 
Competency Requirements 
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
  • At least 1- 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Proficient in basic office skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Cheerful personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accepetable on rotate morning, night and midnight shift (24/7) - Working shift is from Monday to Friday.
