Job Description
- Provide quality services to customers and answer customers’ inquiries via live chats, phones & email
- Familiar with all the company’s products and promotions, quickly solve problems for customers
- Record and update customer data and other relevant information
- Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally

Job Requirements
- 1-2 years working experience, prefer in customer service or financial industry
- Good command of Mandarin & English typing due to business nature needed.
- Cheerful personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
