Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality services to customers and answer customers’ inquiries via live chats, phones & email  
  • Familiar with all the company’s products and promotions, quickly solve problems for customers
  • Record and update customer data and other relevant information
  • Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally
  • Ad-hoc task as assigned by Superior

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • 1-2 years working experience, prefer in customer service or financial industry
  • Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
  • Good command of Mandarin & English typing due to business nature needed.
  • Good command in reading and written English
  • Cheerful, service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accepetable on rotate morning, night and midnight shift (24/7) - Working shift is from Monday to Friday.
