Job Description

• Identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs and actively seek out new sales opportunities. 
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Follows by preparing and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services base and client needs. 
• To build and develop team for business growth.
• To coach and collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Financial support scheme RM9000 to RM14000.

Job Requirements

• A recognized Diploma or Degree qualification only.
• Minimum of three (3) years proven and progressive financial services and / or retail sales experience or equivalent will be added advantage.
• Good in communication, client focus and influencing skills.
• Aggressive, Committed and Dynamic.
• Only Malaysian citizens application will be accepted.
• Poses own vehicle.
• Preferable senior/ management experience with outside sales.
• Experience in financial sales and services such as financial planning, investment fund(s), mortgage, credit card sales will be added advantage!
• Senior management / management experience with outside sales.
