Job Description

• Build good relationship with dealers within region.
• Get feedback/comments from dealers about promoters and provide solution.
• Conduct market visits to ensure promoters are working and well-groomed.
• Guiding promoters to achieve better sales performance.
• Check promoters’ timesheet reports and sales reports.
• Attend monthly meeting in Kuala Lumpur for new products launching and promotion planning.

Job Requirements

• More than one (1) year experience in managing/supervising promoters.
• Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as this position requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• Spoken Language: English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin
• Willing to travel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadrship and people management skills.
• Able to communicate with people at all levels.
