    Your Responsibilities.
    The Art Director is responsible for designing and producing outstanding artwork for both the brand and the Agency. The primary focus of this position is concept and design development pushing for new and innovative solutions, delivering unique, cost-effective, quality visual communication on time.

    Your Daily Tasks.
    • Creation and production of artwork for multiple brands, across multiple channels.
    • Develop creative ideas and concepts.
    • Direct multiple design initiatives with teams.
    • Lead art direction and design with creative teams.
    • Ensure brand design consistency across all brand work and initiatives.
    • Present concept/design treatments, storyboards and completed work to internal and external clients.
    • Liaise with production companies, photographers, designers to manage brand projects

  • Agency Expectations.
    • Strong conceptual and design ability coupled with business acumen and customer focus.
    • Visually communicate creative ideas.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and prioritisation skills.
    • Strong creative team player.
    • Effective team-building skills.
    • Experience with visual communication for Online and Offline advertising.
    • Highly knowledgeable of branding and conceptual development for advertising.
    • 2-4 years Agency experience, with a comprehensive understanding of integrated campaigns
    • Knowledge of Mac, Adobe Creative Suite
    • Successful track record of managing multiple Creative assignments

Job Requirements

  1. Must have experience in all design tools. 
  2. Must be versatile on digital platforms. 
  3. Also, an ability to conceptualise and to draw.
