Job Overview

1. Strategic Projects - Working with COO and support in strategic research and preparation of special projects
2. Executive Support - Working with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure all the projects are managed and completed on time

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work alongside with COO to conduct strategic research on special projects
• Manage project progress and adapt work as required to meet the deadlines
• Provide insights into the projects that drive the business growth meaningfully 
• Coordinate internal resources and teams for the execution of projects
• Responsible in producing proposals, reports and analysis that is relevant to the projects

• Support the growth of the organisation through partnerships, events and business development
• Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
• Contribute to our business goals based on your own expertise!

• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage COO’s calendars and scheduling
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements

Job Requirements

• Have minimum 2-4 years of working experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, sales, finance-related field 
• Have strong business acumen and a keen interest in driving business and team's growth
• Be fluent in English (written & spoken) 
• Be able to communicate well, hold good discussions, and be strategic in your thinking 
• Be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of innovation and technology 
• Be intellectually curious, be a proactive problem-solver, have the ability to execute ideas and be empathetic
