About Human Inc
Who: Human Inc is an Innovation firm that helps large organisations work differently by boosting their leadership skills, culture and innovation capacity.

How: We do that by delivering digital learning experiences and offline workshops, strategic advisory services and hosting solution design labs combining accelerated learning with business innovation projects. Our Human Lab is based in Kuala Lumpur and our tribe of Humans support client projects based in different countries around the world.

Do You Have What It Takes?
In short, our Innovative Human Internship is an apprenticeship that will help you grow and learn in the best of both worlds - working in a start-up culture, for corporate clients.
Business Development
- Support in research and present relevant insights to assist the consulting team in approaching the right target audience
- Conduct research and help the clients to achieve sales goals by assisting in hunting, farming, proposal building and closing
- Assist on creating the proposals to help clients to understand the potential impact we are co-creating with them
Content development
- Support in crafting the content, solutions and tools that are appealing and suits user needs and business goals
- Support in strategic research and analysis in building content
- Support teams in applying innovative approaches based on Design Thinking principles
Delivery management
- Supports engagements with production planning, project management (materials, packing, setup, logistics)
- Support in executing the projects in a timely and effective manners to deliver the best workshop experience
- Supports with post-event insights, reporting and future improvements

Job Requirements
- Be fluent in English (written & spoken) and ideally another language (local or international)
- Be able to communicate well, hold good discussions, and be strategic in your thinking
- Be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of innovation and technology
- Be intellectually curious, be a proactive problem-solver, have the ability to execute ideas and be empathetic
- Be able to commit for a minimum of 3 months from Sept/Oct 2022
