About Human Inc
Who: Human Inc is an Innovation firm that helps large organisations work differently by boosting their leadership skills, culture and innovation capacity.

Our Human Lab is based in Kuala Lumpur and our tribe of Humans support client projects in Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, the Philippines, Thailand & Indonesia, to name a few.
There are two primary areas that the Finance Manager is responsible for:
- Ensure smooth Finance operations and bookkeeping practices to support the work
- Manage and oversee the budget, cash flow, financial targets and reporting
Specific scope & responsibilities are:
- Budget & Planning
- Finance Operations
- Payroll processing & bookkeeping
- Management & statutory Reporting
This role reports directly to our COO (Chief Operating Officer) and will have at least 1 direct report.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a financial accounting role
- Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Have experience with strategic planning and analysis of financial projection
- Have solid experience with finance and accounting systems, principles and processes
- Have experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy at all times
- Possess in-depth knowledge of financial law, regulations, Finance best practices and current industry standards
- Easily connect with people, able to manage, guide and lead employees to adhere to the appropriate financial processes
- Are a highly positive, high energy, resourceful person that can work through challenging situations
- Intellectually curious, a proactive problem-solver, able to execute ideas and be empathetic
- Believes in a strong organizational culture and the importance of community in the workplace
- Able to navigate cultural differences and can comfortably work with people from different backgrounds
