About Human Inc
Who: Human Inc is a Design Thinking and Innovation firm that helps large organisations work differently by boosting their leadership skills, culture and innovation capacity.
What: We make it easy for organisations and their employees to become more Human, innovative and resilient.
How: We do that by delivering digital learning experiences and offline workshops, strategic advisory services and hosting solution design labs combining accelerated learning with business innovation projects. We play in the intersection of adult learning, organisational development, HR Tech and human experience design.
Our Human Lab is based in Kuala Lumpur and our tribe of Humans support client projects in Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, the Philippines, Thailand & Indonesia, to name a few.

In short, this role supports our Operations team, specifically our Finance and Corporate Services & Administration team. You will be learning how to deal with the day-to-day responsibilities of Finance & Operations, and how to help establish strong foundations for a business to operate.

- Be fluent in English (written & spoken) and ideally another language (local or international)
- Be able to communicate well, hold good discussions, and be strategic in your thinking
- Be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of finance & accounting
- Be intellectually curious, be a proactive problem-solver, have the ability to execute ideas and be empathetic
- Ideally, you have just graduated (within 1-3 years), or are about to graduate from university (priority will be given to those who can commit to a 6 months internship)
