Job Description

• Support facilitation of strategic upskilling programmes and Design Sprints
• Perform research and analysis on client, participant or industry needs
• Develop enticing workshop materials related to Agile, Design Thinking and/or Leadership together with a team of industry experts
• Learn and apply design thinking approaches (top skill of 20th century) to produce solutions which take into account both user needs and business goals

• Be a part of hosting (and sometimes even managing) client relationships with the support of experienced account managers
• Prepare meeting decks, reports, and client research to strategically drive loyalty and improve relationships with key clients
• Support sales conversations and needs finding with existing and new clients, as well as create proposals and quotes

• Manage or support the day-to-day operational aspects (internal project manager) of a strategic project, including project rundown, logistics, materials and timelines, together with the Project Lead

• Travel to support local, regional and global projects to spread the adoption of design thinking, innovation and future work practices
• Take on challenges that will enable constant growth and self-development

• Work with experts and learn Design Thinking and innovation which is key to unlocking the future

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related, advisory or design field
• Have 1-2 years of working experience and strong interest in consulting and design thinking & innovation practices or similar
• Have excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills
• Have experience with field & desk research and producing reports
• Easily connect with people and have natural storyteller abilities
• Have experience in managing successful short-term client relationships
• Able to design proposals and visually engaging slide presentations in Keynote
• Have project or event management experience
• Possess good attitude, self-motivated, a team player and keen to build core competencies
• Are a highly positive, high energy, can-do person that can work under tight deadlines and high pressure situations to produce deliverables 
• Ability to hold intellectual discussions and be strategic in your thinking 
• Intellectually curious, a proactive problem-solver, able to execute ideas and be empathetic
• Believes in a strong organizational culture and being part of a community in the workplace
• Able to navigate cultural differences and can comfortably work with people from different backgrounds
