About The Job
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services base and client needs.
- Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients by providing information, guidance and support, recommending service and benefit improvements, and recommending new opportunities.
- Financial support scheme RM9000-RM14000
- A recognized Diploma / Degree qualification.
- Age in between 28 to 45 years old.
- Fresh graduate and internship are welcome.
- 3 years proven and progressive financial services or retail sales experience or equivalent will be added value.
- Communication, client focus and influencing skills.
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa, English and/or Mandarin. Multi-lingual will be added advantage.
- Only Malaysian citizens application will be accepted.
