Job Description

• Organize and manage the Operational purchasing, responsible for sourcing quality material, scheduled timely delivery in accordance to production output, ensure stock sufficiency. 
• Manage and source for alternate suppliers to minimize production interruptions, strategies prices with sound negotiation skill ensure effective cost control on various materials.
• Manage and control store inventory work closely with Production team on stock inventory on weekly  basis for continuity material supply to support production schedules. 
• Plan and coordinate with overseas suppliers, follow up and expedite the process for timely deliveries to meet production needs.
• Establish and maintain good working relationship, close rapport with all suppliers at all times.
• Arrange and co-ordinate transportation for local and outstation ensure timely deliveries according to the schedules.
• Maintain close communication internally for accurate delivery in accordance to the plans reduce unnecessary trips emphasizes cost saving measures.
• Any other task to be assigned as and when requires.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or degree in Purchasing management, Logistic and Warehouse inventory or equivalent. 
2. working experience in manufacturing capacity, preferably those with working experience from MNC background.
3. Knowledge in shipping and export exposures or material planning or equivalent. 
4. Accurate, analytical and open-minded detail orientation with the ability to stay organized focus multitask and set work priorities.
5. Pleasant disposition work with sense of urgency, accountability and growth mindset.
6. Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, resourceful and energetic.
7. Good team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision
