HReasily’s Strategic Partnership Manager is responsible for the effective management named key regional partners to become productive and profitable channels to market HReasily’s solutions.
As a Sales Leader, the successful candidate is expected to use creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. By doing so, develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers and partners.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement effective sales strategies
● Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
● Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts
● Negotiate and close agreements with key partners and customers
● Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
● Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
● Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
● Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
● Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
● Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
● Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
● Previous working experience as a Sales Manager for 3 years or more
● BSc in Sales, Business Administration or similar relevant field is an advantage
● Business development experience in accounting and finance domain an advantage
● In depth knowledge of managing a high performance sales team
● Hands on experience with CRM software – Hubspot preferred
● Applicable experience of sales performance metrics
● Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
● Analytical and data driven problem solver
Accountability and Performance Metrics
● Achieves assigned country level sales quota in designated partner accounts.
● Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
● Completes partner account plans that meet company standards.
● Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
● Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
