Job Description

  • Implement HReasily customer service policy 
  • Manage a team of customer service staff across the South East Asian region
  • Provide product and customer support to customers within the service commitment levels 
  • Provide online demo to potential customers 
  • Communicate with customers by telephone, email, live chat and face-to-face
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service 

Job Requirements

Passion is the key as you will need to show:

  • Strong communication skills to provide a high level of support to customers and other professionals. 
  • Good listening skills to understand customers' requirements and issues. 
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Confidence, patience, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations 
  • Motivational skills and an ability to supervise and lead a team of customer service assistants 
  • Creative thinking, to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards 
  • An ability to work well under pressure 
  • Good organisational and planning skills to develop customer service policies 
  • Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face-to-face
  •  A commitment to improve your own customer service skills on an ongoing basis.
