As a key member of our client's Customer Success Production Operations Team, you will be responsible for the orchestration and execution involved in service delivery across the customer lifecycle. The Project
Manager (PM) is an operations-focused role that works as a bridge between consultative pre-salesactivities and service delivery at various stages in the customer lifecycle. PMs engage with Customer Success Managers throughout the customer lifecycle to develop and operate at scale solutions respective
of the customer’s business and specific use cases utilizing our client’s tools and services. The PM will leverage the resources available within the Production Operations Team to ensure that all moving parts within the service delivery mechanism are finely tuned to set customers up for success. PMs are
passionate collaborators and engage their teammates to exceed expectations for every engagement, in addition to bringing to bear their ability to operationalize service deliveries at scale. They have impeccable creative skills, are technically savvy and create win/win environments for all parties involved.
Responsabilities
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders to coordinate, consult and flawlessly execute major projects
- Work closely with the customer account management team to operationalize solution designs for scale
- Develop expert level knowledge on our client's products, customer use cases, best practices, and the moving parts involved in service delivery
- Work with internal stakeholders to communicate technical needs and support required for specific engagements
- Provide insight and feedback on solution designs built for scale leveraging an in-depth knowledge of our client's best practices
- Liaise closely with internal resources and other 3rd parties to ensure successful and timely project completion
- Lead regular status meetings with the project team and various functional units within the Production Operations organization
- Configure and operate our client's platform to deliver customer engagements
- Partner with Product Management to help align internal Client Success feedback with the product roadmap
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make an impact everyday
- Strong Team player and ability to collaborate as part of a virtual team across the globe
