Job Description

1. Design content marketing roadmap and set short-term goals to achieve business targets
2. Develop user guides, FAQs to use as reference and ensure contents are compliance with law (e.g. copyright, data protection and etc) 
3. Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks to writers, proofread and edit written piece before publishing them within the given deadline.
4. Researching keywords and SEO to understand what customers need and improve content website/blog performance to achieve that goal.
5. Analyse and monitor web traffic and engagement metrics (e.g. page views conversions and bounce rates)
6. Coordinating with the internal teams to illustrate and produce high quality content while ensuring brand consistency.
7. Be up-to-date with new technologies, marketing trends, industry-related and generating ideas around trending topics
8. Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer sentiment
9. Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence

Job Requirements

• Have Degree in communication, journalism or a related field
• Have min 3 - 4 years work experience in startup or content marketing environment
• Have content/copywriting experience and solid knowledge in social media platforms
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPress or other Content Management Software.
• Have hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics and understands web publishing requirements.
• Be able to work non-traditional hours when required to deliver incredible results.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English. Bonus if you can read/write in Chinese and Malay!
