Job Description

1. Led the recruitment drive to attract talents effectively, embedded psychometric tool as part of the talent profiling. 
2. Assist in workforce optimization initiative
3. Build a world class employer brand that HH can be proud of
4. Assist in developing CEM (candidate experience management) process flow and ATS (applicant tracking system) to optimise candidate journey.
5. End to end funnel management - lead sourcing, filtering, candidate relationship management
6. Delivering a consistent and transparent candidate experience from start to end.
7. Build a dashboard to track funnel efficiency and optimize funnel flow.
8. Develop a framework for measuring candidate experience.
9. Work together with the team to define employer brand - from culture to the way the office look
10. Create an authentic message for HH and present a cohesive picture of HH with unique employee value proposition (EVP). 
11. Executive effective employee engagement strategies according to jointly developed yearly playbook.

Job Requirements

1. Passion for talent and a people first attitude
2. Basic understanding of funnel management and sales pipeline management
3. Effective negotiation and communication skills
4. Familiar with candidate sourcing tools and methods
5. Integrity and strong respect for people’s individual preferences
6. You have an undergraduate degree in Human Resource, Psychology or other relevant discipline.
7. You have 3-5 years of experience in similar capacity
8. You are a self-starter and independent learner focused on finding solutions ; high degree of comfort with unstructured situations and ability to problem solve.
9. You have high problem solving abilities, structured thought process and possess strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and have some experience with operational execution
10. You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and committed to timeline
