1) Assist is servicing customers through phone calls, whatsApp and training presentations
2) Produce sales report when neccesary
3) Promote sales promotion through WhatsApp on daily basis
4) Arranging sales order with Admin department and courier company. Do parcel tracking for customers
5) Do sales analysis for director when neccesary
6) Handle customer complaints
