Job Description
- Enter and code financial transactions appropriately
- Process payments as well as documents like invoices
- Reconcile invoices received with departmental billings
- Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold
- Make and track payments
- Review employee expenses and make reimbursements
- Make bank deposits and keep up records
- Track expenses as they relate to specific projects and jobs
- Validate invoices against items or services received
- Check all financial transactions for accuracy
- Key data into company's accounting system
- Other related task
Job Requirements
1)Able to do full set account independently
2) About 5 years of experience experience
3) 1-2 years of taxation experience
4) Age around 30 years old
Preferably single girl
5) Have own car transportation
6) Based in Petaling Jaya
7) Experience with Auto Count software is an added advantage
8) Able to do Payroll
9) Able to do some admin work
10) Able to supervise a junior
