Job Description
This is a full time job and it is about having your own freedom, integrity, expertise, and style to develop our HR Foundation. Apart from that, we will also need your help with:-
• Manage, track and maintain employee records in the system accurately.
• Manage and track staff movement, renewal and termination process.
• Liaise with HODs and HR Manager in managing employee relation matters.
• Assist and participate in reviewing, developing, implementation and improvement on HR initiative, and practices
• Responsible for the review, development and implementation of systems, procedures, and processes to improve the operational efficiency of the department and ensure in tandem with the group policies and practices.
• Develop positive working relationships with people through strong inter-personal skills.
• All other HR & Admin matters as and when assigned.
