Job Description

·       Be the brand ambassador of the company, embrace the purpose and core           Values of the company.
·       To achieve assigned sales target.
·       Responsible in handling & follow up sales inquiries.
·       Develop sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.
·       Close follow up on leads to increase conversion rate.
·       Provide personalised customer experience to ensure their satisfaction.
·       Participate in training programmes to keep updated with product and job              knowledge.
·       Generate leads, including end-users, interior designers, contractors and              architects using various strategies.
·       Provide regular reporting of channel performance and provide insight and             ideas for optimization based on the data analysis
         Apart from meeting individual sales targets, you are also tasked to                       analyse and finalise the delivery schedule and follow-up with excellent                 after-sales service to handle any site complaints that may arise 

  • This is NOT your typical renovation job, as it will enlarge your knowledge and bringing them the word comfort back to home. 

Job Requirements

  1. Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English
  2. Sales related working experience will be an added advantage
  3. Good people skills - approachable, empathetic, good listener
  4. Passionate in sales and customer service
  5. Goal-orientated
  6. Creative and proactive
  7. Good team player
  8. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
