About The Job

 
Sales Lead Responsibilities: 
 
  1. Provides current and prospective residents with the excellent customer service to ensure high level of retention. 
  2. Discover, initiate, engage and discuss with potential prospects and accurately ensure that their needs have been met. 
  3. Provides information regarding specific communities as well as services offered with the goal of generating leases for the sites.
  4. Is up to date and well versed with all promotions/leasing incentives.
  5. Able to achieve individual target and contribute towards the achievement of the group sales target. 
  6. Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with every stakeholder involved. 
  7. Logs all activity into company provided databases in a timely and accurate manner.
  8. Able to effectively apply branding strategies, policies and best practices within the sales segment. 
  9. Able to propose improvement action plan to further improve sales funnel, sales activity as well as further business opportunities. 

Job Requirements

 
Sales Lead Required Skills: 
 
  1. Possess a minimum Diploma - Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising sales, or business. 
  2. Excellent communications skills with proficiency in English, Malay and or Mandarin as well as proactive engagement
  3. Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
  4. Ability to create and deliver presentations
  5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  6. Fast learner and quick thinker, able to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
