Job Description

1. Set, plan and implement exciting initiatives that entice and grow our community
2. Create engaging content on various platforms to get the word out about our  amazing community and help grow the community
3. Coordinate and liaise with social media, PR and marketing team to showcase the activities of our community 
4. Organize and manage events that will create brand awareness and are beneficial for our members and community 
5. Engage and attend relevant events dealing and handling customers – ideally in the hospitality or events industry
6. Be on the forefront, helping identify and manage customer’s concerns and complaints
7. Plan, host and manage events that will drive conversations and spur connections.  

Job Requirements

1. Possess a minimum a Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication/ Hospitality
2. Excellent organization skills
3. Possess excellent communication and written communication skills with preference to proficiency in English, Malay and or Mandarin
4. Has experience in a community-based platform i.e. co-working spaces 
5. A sharp mind, outgoinng and overall a general positive work attitude
6. Minimum 1 year of work experience is required for this position 
7. In-depth knowledge of computers and computer software programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
