Job Description

• Develop or think of collateral for promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness
• Prepare social media and ads marketing idea and strategy for monthly highlights and campaign.
• Provides support to partners and ensure all necessary tools are provided to make sure monthly highlights or campaign succeed.
• Manages the marketing team and make sure that KPI is met quarterly.
• Discuss and Implement sales mechanic's and promotion for sales team on a monthly,quarterly and yearly basis. 
• Preparation of monthly sales and marketing reports based on tracking and analysis of sales trends by products SKUs and by campaign.
• Support Sales team with marketing collateral needed for partners.
• Think of product story and brand story to drive traffic and increase sales lead.
• Creating awareness within short period of time.
• Creating Video Content and very familiar with Social Media 
• Seek for potential partnership and explore collaboration opportunities with influencer and editors.
• Establish good rapport with partners.
• Accountable for brand compliance

Job Requirements

• Able to lead the marketing team for FMCG product.
  Able to plan,execute and evaluate each campaign for whole calendar year.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

• Focused, Result Oriented and Systematic
• Able to work with other departments and strong team work
• Able to think of creative ideas and think out of the box
• Able to lead the current marketing team
