• Develop, manage and execute branding and marketing plans
• Work closely with principle to develop brand portfolio strategy, pricing and promotion strategy for key channels
• Build strong brands to generate brand building results
• Understand shopping behaviour and customer motivations to develop effective marketing strategies
• Responsible for the brand performance, branding & marketing strategies are implemented and aligned with the business goals
• Proactive in sourcing and analyzing competitive landscape, category insights and market trends to improve the brand strategies
• Manage the development and execution of marketing initiatives for the brand. Work with communications agencies, printers and partners to ensure all branding and communications plan are executed well
• Work independently and with team to activate launch & promotion into market

Job Requirements

• Candidate must have Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Marketing/ Business/ Mass Communications.
• 2-3 years related work experience. Experience in brand marketing for snacks would be an added advantage
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Experience in both traditional & digital communications and marketing techniques
• Knowledge in brand launches related to food or snacks and project management - planning, organizing and managing resources to deliver set objectives
• Good understanding in marketing principles and strategies. Able to collaborate with internal team and external partners to deliver results
• Good leadership skills, analytical abilities and results driven
