Accounts
- Handle daily invoicing, customer collection
- Assist in day to day operations work, data entry relating to general accounting
- Maintain proper filing system and proper records of all document
- Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to warehouse
HR
- Assist in day to day operations of the HR functions & duties
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Assist in administering compensation and benefits plans (e.g. staffs' medical claim, overtime, insurance/socso claim)
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time

- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- Ability to multi task
- Familiarity with Autocount software would be an added advantage
- Able to work overtime
- Able to work on alternate Saturday
- Possess own transport
