Our clients is a global insurance company group with its shared service center set up in Malaysia, Cyberjaya.
Job Summary: Provide back-end processing support for insurance underwriting / claims operations / policy management / data management. (4 divisions - Delegate based on your Major in Degree)

Key Responsibilities
- Assess new insurance submission / hospitalization claims from clients as per stipulated benchmarks and requirements.
- Draft and review insurance policy / managing data accuracy in the system as per stipulated benchmarks and requirements.
- Responsible to review and finalize the new submission / claims that exceeded other assessor / trainee’s authority limit.
- Ensure meeting personal quality target, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.
- To carry with positive attitude, team spirit to achieve technical and productivity target.
- Assisting team members within the team as and when required.
- Complete assign task within the target completion date
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Education – Fresh Graduate (1 year training bond), Degree;
- Experience – Diploma / STPM with minimum 2 years working experience
- Full training is provided
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Previous working experience in related industry is an additional advantage
- Preference for proficiency in both speaking and writing in Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
- Flexible in working extra hour or weekend during peak season and month end closing.
Remuneration Package:
- Basic is RM2,500 for Fresh Degree
- RM450 transportation allowance per month
- Insurance & Medical Coverage including dependent (based on Job Function Level)
- 23 days leave allowance
- 1 day birthday leave
- Floating leave (Depend on country serve)
- 16% Employer EPF
- OT Claimable / Meal Allowance – RM 17/ hour (Weekday), RM23/ hour (Rest day/ PH), RM34/ hour (after 8 hours on rest day/PH)
- Dental & Optical RM580 per annum
- Follow Hong Kong Public Holiday
- Performance bonus and salary review in March
