- Handle incoming calls, live chat, messaging apps.
- Solving customer enquiries and request promptly, accurately and professionally.
- Check or transfer funds between bank accounts.
- Job duties that directed by superior.
- Working Hour - 8 hours per day, 6 days per week (24 Hours shift
- rotation)
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
*Working visa, accommodation, transport allowances and meal allowances will be provided
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Experience working in a computerized office environment.
- Candidate MUST willing work at Cambodia (Sihanoukville)
