Job Description

1. To generate brokerage from a set of clients, in order to ensure achievement in unit’s objectives.
2. To expand market/customer base through marketing capability and effectiveness of client development in order to increase market share.
3. To demonstrate positive actions, behavior and participation in resolving problem in order to ensure improvement in general workflow and workplace harmony.
4. To enhance, monitor and control of processes for dealing activities in order to ensure internal compliance.
5. To contribute towards the development and training of colleagues in order to ensure motivation, productivity and learning and growth process.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Related Certificate/Diploma/Degree would be an added advantage, but not necessary.

• Qualification and experience is not necessary but will be an added advantage.
• Other advantages are - industry exposure in Banking and Finance, experience in Sales and Marketing and knowledge of economic, political and financial trends. 
• Possess a presentable, confident and outgoing personality.
• Able to socialize after working hours with dealers from all banks to maintain client servicing.
• Able to speak Cantonese/Mandarin will also be an added advantage.
