Job Description

• To collaborate with BPM Solution Architect and BPM Business Analysts to model, design and implement high quality process driven business solutions using BPM, UI, ODM and IIB
• Ability to interpret business requirements and to communicate the process needs to the Developers, through the expected, exception and escalation paths within the BPM model.
• Lead a team of developers to perform development, program logic, testing, debugging and implement elements of the process model, interface, business rules and integration services.
• Plan, design and develop integration services using IIB and business rules using ODM within BPM.
• To ensure compliance with IT Security Policies, IT Development Guidelines and other policies
• Responsible in responding to users’ needs for access to services, support, information and-technology

Job Requirements

• Degree in any IT related area (BPM certification is an added advantage)
• Possess knowledge or experience in: -
  • Web Development (Javascript, Java, J2EE, Servlets, CSS HTML)
  • Web Services (SOAP, WSDL)
  • Database (Universe, Ms SQL, DB2, JDBC, ODBC)
• Leading a BPM development team on:-
  • Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Business Rules Management System (BRMS)
  • Enterprise Service Bus (ESE)
  • User Interface (UI)
• On the areas above:
  • Systems feasibility study
  • Design, development, and deployment
• Experience in IBM Business Process Management (BPM), IBM Operation Decision Management (ODM), IBM Blueworks Live, Angular UI, Java, IBM DB2 and IBM WebSphere Application Server
