Job Description

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC and contribute towards building scalable web systems. We expect you to lead, oversee and advise implementations while keeping our projects on the right technical track. 
  
  
• Raise our overall standards by aligning our processes, frameworks, and best practices together. We aim to improve the technical quality of our deliverables and you are key in helping us move towards that direction 
  
  
• Provide hands-on support to both our team and clients on their respective projects and applications. We expect you to be initiative at ensuring our clients stay happy with their systems. 
  
  
• Coach and mentor the team with guidance in an effort to raise their technical expertise. The better they do, the further we go. 
  
  

Job Requirements

• You have over 4 years of experience in full stack development (.NET, C#, or similar) and are passionate in working with web technologies. Having close attention to detail is a huge plus. 
  
  
• You possess a strategic understanding of industry standards and best practices. You excel at domain driven designs and come equipped with a solution-oriented mindset. 
  
  
• You are an effective communicator who can work with both tech-savvy and creative parties. 
  
  
• You are capable of putting yourself in different shoes and helping people understand the technicality of discussions at hand. 
  
  
• You are adept at managing projects, tasks and time. Moving between different projects and teams comes naturally to you. 
  
  
• A relevant degree qualification (Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Engineering) is preferred but not required.
