Job Description

Assist in setup and support voting system.
Provide professional onsite IT services.
Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
Pass on any feedback or suggestions by end users to the appropriate internal team.
Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Job Requirements

One year of work experience in helpdesk and network support would be an advantage.
Good knowledge of: All Windows platform such as WIN7, WIN10, 2003/2008 Server.
General software installation.
PC and LAN installation.
Assist in setup and support voting system.
Provide professional onsite IT services.
Good Putonghua and English is a plus.
Willing to learn, self-motivated and able to work independently
