Job Description

• Direct the activities of all functions involved in the forecasting, planning, purchasing, warehousing, delivery, inventory control and delivery finished goods to customer(s). 
• Responsible to manage and maximize FTA,Customs and BOI Privilege in terms of compliance, including filing.
• Handle all shipment customs clearance, including duties refund with BOI and Customs Department.
• Coordinating with shipping and freight forwarders regarding pricing and customs process.
• Organizes outbound logistics and coordinates inbound logistics in order to achieve service quality at the lowest cost and in safe condition.
• Release local and overseas suppliers MRP (material requirement plan) based on master production schedule and company activities.
• Manage inventory and establishes controls to ensure CES is operating at the highest level of performance based on key performance metrics and minimized supply chain risk.
• Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
• Lead cycle count, wall to wall yearly counting and root cause analysis.
• Must personally comply with CES Code of Conduct and all work rules, policies and procedures; and hold others accountable to the same standard.
• Must comply with all safety rules and regulations, promote safety awareness, and hold others accountable to the same safety standards.
• Ensure that quality and environmental systems are operating according to required standards including, but not limited to:  TS16949, ISO14001, etc.
• Establish facility and departmental budgets, objectives, and measurement systems (indicators) which align with the regional and global goals such as:  productivity, efficiency, safety, quality and profitability 
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive manufacturing for Supply Chain Excellence as Planning leader and warehouse leader.
• 2+ years lean manufacturing experience – Toyota Production System, Six Sigma, etc.
• Relevant experience successfully supervising major SAP projects (MRP, production planning…) related to supply chain activities is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with different stakeholders (external and internal). Act as a facilitator.
• Fluent in English.
• Over all 8+ years’ experience. 
  
  

• Ability to build a performing SC team organization, structure, roles & responsibilities, processes, procedures and work instruction.
• Understanding of Supply chain, Logistics and Warehouse management’s strategy in automotive manufacturing.
• Toyota Production System, JIT, Kanban, Traceability, HOSHIN,
• Skills in SAP (at least one of following modules MM,PP,SD,WM) are a plus 

• Capable of quickly establishing credibility with all colleagues in the organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Quality management system such as ISO/TS 16949
