Strategic Planning
∙Planning & input in pitches and make sure it is able to represent the company
∙ Attend key client meetings , formulate research roadmaps and to add value to secure new businesses
∙ Draw out strategic frameworks and guide teams to maximise and optimise resource use and revenue
∙ Maintain an active accounts list and generate monthly reports
Digital Marketing & Performance
∙ Lead a team of Strategy Executives, delegate tasks, guide team to provide effective strategies.
∙ Ensuring clients’ technical expectations are met through realistic goal setting, and plan marketing calendar
∙ Oversee the generation of ad strategy execution and reporting
∙ Consult, guide, and inspect team members’ Google Ads Search and Display execution
∙ Maintain a good working relationship with the digital creative and client servicing teams
∙ Direct and responsible for smooth digital live coverage when necessary
