Job Description

• Drive the multicultural teams to deliver complex software development projects under challenging timeframe
• Design testing cycles of product development and project delivery
• Provide solution architecture and detail designs with awareness of the latest technology trend and challenges
• Play the role of subject matter experts for our projects and ensure the quality of solution delivery
• Train up the development team and ensure to follow proper development frameworks
• Hands on development in software programming

Job Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science/Engineering and/or Business Administration
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Financial Services / Consulting Firms / IT Software Development Centers / Startups; with experience in software engineering, trading, and treasury system preferred
• Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multi-tasks simultaneously and work in a global environment
• Knowledge of SDLC, Distributed Architecture, Agile Development, and Cloud Computing
• Working knowledge of full stack in JavaScript (MEAN)
• Demonstrate knowledge and delivery capability to successfully implement program
• Good leadership, problem analysis and solving skill
