Job Description
- Manage software engineers on the team and developing their skills and help them to advance their careers.
- To ensure the team able to consistently ships high quality code and products.
- Be responsible to develop the technical strategy with CTO to develop and maintain a technical roadmap to continue innovate from a technical standpoint.
Job Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional working experience in tech stack such as PHP with framework in Codeigniter or Java/GoLang/NodeJS.
- Experience in development in a team of at least 6 software engineers.
- Proficient in Agile Development and excellent with cloud based applications.
- Proficiency in GIT-Gitflow or similar approaches.
- Able to review codes and perform checks and diagnosis before application rollout.
- Familiar with Linux/Unix based OS and development platform.
